C. Berwick Duval, II
Mr. Berwick Duval currently serves as an attorney for the law firm Duval, Funderburk, Sundbery, Lovell & Watkins. Prior to this position, Mr. Duvall was a law clerk for Gordon, Arata, McCollam in New Orleans, an insurance agent with Duval, Whitney, Stevenson, Inc. and a real estate broker for Duval Real Estate, Inc.

Currently Mr. Duvall is a member of and serves his community through a variety of organizations. He is a Member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Terrebonne Bar Association. He is a Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Coastal Conservation Association of Louisiana, the President of the Bayou Chapter of Coastal Conservation Association, Member of the governmental affairs committee for the South Central Industrial Association, and Member of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Duvall received a Gubernatorial appointment to the Coastal Restoration and Advisory Committee and serves as a Member of the Executive Committee of Restore or Retreat, a nonprofit organization concerning coastal erosion issues.

Mr. Duvall earned his Bachelor?s degree in Finance from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is married to Alexis Acosta Duval, CPA and is the father of two sons.
